The Winnipeg Police Service has activated a Silver Alert and is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Ernest Schaefer, a 75-year-old senior who has been reported missing.
Schaefer was last seen on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m. in the area of Worthington Avenue and Fitzpatrick Road in Winnipeg. Given his age and vulnerability, police are concerned for his well-being.
